Hello,
I've a problem concerning the 'search' module.
I have a huge product list, about 700 products and I need the search to be very precise.
I have managed to adjust some things, yet one problem keeps occurring.
If i search 'ajx-12', or 'ajx 12', or 'ajx_12' the few items that have this in the description (in the database it's written like 'ajx 12') come up, but if i try to search 'ajx12' without a symbol or a space, the few items don't come up. Can anyone recommend any fixes?

Easy possible 'fix' is to get an extension that auto-completes the search term. When a user types 'ajx' it would display a dropdown with matches to choose from.
A workaround might be to enter all conceivable itterations (space, underscore, dash, dot) (ajx.12, ajx-12, etc) into the product tags and have the search engine include the tag column. This requires custom coding as the default search box is just on the title.
