How should I solve this problem? When lifting the product through the admin to upload a picture window becomes gray, but uploading photos is not possible. Attached is the video.

I watched your video and noticed the "bytes exhausted" message.
This might seems that your are running out of memory .
You can increase your maximum memory limit or the image your are using is huge!!!

The php.ini file enter the following entries:

upload_max_filesize = 1024M;
post_max_size = 1024M;
but the error does not disappear anyway. By the way sometimes it is possible to upload a photo, but usually throws error. FTP reviewed and removed a couple of photos which were larger than 1MB, but now really is no longer any high-definition pictures there.

You mean php.ini in your opencart's installation?
it doesnt really matter what value you are gonna put there. If you are on a shared hosting and the maximum value is 32M then 32M you have!! It doesnt matter if you typed 64M or 1024M! Hope you get my point.
Also you may are out of resources as well. The error up there is very clear though.

your memory limit is set to 32 mb in hosting and your php.ini is not allowed to override that setting
check your hosting panel (cpanel or directadmin)
look for php settings and check if you can set memeory limit to a higher value.
if not ask your hoster to increase php memory limit.
