need paid/free help to index my data tables on windows hosting

Hi,
The TTFB for my website is very high for a hosting plan which is supposed to be good. I couldn't find the proper instructions for indexing for Opencart 2.3.0.2. Am I on the right track, will this actually help in reducing my ttfb?
