godaddy and 2.3.0.2

Just installed a Brand New Opencart 2.3.0.2. on godaddy shared host.
in Admin - System - Users - User Groups Click Save

Then Got


Apart from this all other Save buttons are working.

This could be the same as this issue:

Essentially some admin areas have a lot of data to submit and you need to make sure your PHP settings are configured to accept them.

The variable in question is max_input_vars which you can try to set in php.ini but sometimes it doesn't get set so you will need to check it has been applied with the phpinfo() function.

resolved by clear browser data. I am getting stupid.
