Product images and menu categories not showing up.

Hi there! 
So we're having an issue with images and menu items on our website https://www.twoplayerprint.com/.
We're running Opencart version 2.3.0.2 with Clearshop theme - if you need any more info let me know.
Basically the images are not showing up on the website or admin area. We've checked the file manager with our host and the images are still in the image folder. The source code on the website is showing the img src as blank for product images. The image manager in admin is showing as empty and when we attempt to upload images to it a message comes up stating "Warning: Directory does not exist!"
We've also just noticed that our menu doesn't have all the categories it should when viewed on desktop, it seems OK on mobile (my phone is showing it up at the moment)
The website was working fine at one point and we hadn't changed anything between it working fine and us noticing this so we've no idea what is going on.
