Order number serial missing

I have journal theme 3 demo 1 website. When check admin panel orders there shows order number 10,11,12 then 16 then 18 then 19.
I confused where going some order, someone hacked or any techincal problem. Pls give solution. Url

check in your admin orders - filter by missing orders
missing orders are orders ‘left’ without (before) payment

Select "Missing orders" and look at those.
