Can't edit order from admin

The first thing I was noticed was when I make the order, at start he had status 'Failed', is it normal?
Then I tryied to change this status from admin, but when I try to get next step after first one('Customer Details'), I'm getting an error in browser alert window:

Well you've given almost no info but from the screenshot it looks like you've got an extension that tries to modify your cart and that seems to be the problem.
