More details would be very helpful:
1) Hosting environment - shared or VPS or Dedicated?
2) Estimated Traffic?
3) Opencart version
4) What does your hosting company say regarding the server logs? They can see everything so they could tell you if the server is out of resources, you've had a spike in traffic, a DDOS attack, etc

You have done almost everything to slow down your website.

Ditch the Journal2 framework, use a standard-compliant OpenCart theme.

Don't use unnecessary slide shows.

Use smaller and fewer images.

Get an SSL certificate.

Find a better webhost, with a more dedicated webhosting package.

Export/Import Tool * SpamBot Buster * Unused Images Manager * Instant Option Price Calculator * Number Option * Google Tag Manager * Survey Plus * OpenTwig

Were you able to load it? It just tells me it can't be reached along with the 500 Server Error.

Yes, I was able to load it, though it's quite slow, as stated by the OP.

You made it further than I did! It took me straight to the 500 error.
Edit: It finally loaded for me

I know but that was the thing that actually happened to me. Everyone said it was normal nothing wrong but me and my customers facing this problem everytime that I vistied my website !!!

I am a guitarist and luthier. I know nothing about the coding stuff. I glad to pay money to someone that can solve this problem. But they keep refuse me even basic questions that you ask me ( Opencart version,Theme,Extension etc....) .

Anyway thank you for suggesting me about Journal support!

PS. Sorry for my English I am not a native speaker.

Reading that, it shows that you are just a "normal" user - as so many others using that software.
But, operating a webshop means also, you have the obgligation to know more about the used system (e.g. the server, the environement, and so on ..).

If you are not able by yourself to fullfill this minimum requirements, you have to spend some money in hiring a professional.
Because at the end, you are "dealing" with customers - and sensitive data!
Either you know one you can trust, or post a request in the commercial section of this forum and select one who answers you.

We're seeing this DDoS on a lot of OC sites today: viewtopic.php?f=179&t=225771

We'll soon be posting a vQmod fix on the thread above.

I saw your little VQmod XML script for this, thank you.

We had this bruteforce attacker on several on our clients' websites, the attacker eventually gave up after 3 months!

This anti-attacker rule should be really be implemented on a firewall level, otherwise you'll still have an inflated server's raw access log size.

Could you point me to the vqmod? I can't seem to find it. Ops found it just didn't look for the right username.
Thank you,
Mike
