1) Hosting environment - shared or VPS or Dedicated?
2) Estimated Traffic?
3) Opencart version
4) What does your hosting company say regarding the server logs? They can see everything so they could tell you if the server is out of resources, you've had a spike in traffic, a DDOS attack, etc

I am a guitarist and luthier. I know nothing about the coding stuff. I glad to pay money to someone that can solve this problem. But they keep refuse me even basic questions that you ask me ( Opencart version,Theme,Extension etc....) .
Anyway thank you for suggesting me about Journal support!
PS. Sorry for my English I am not a native speaker.

Reading that, it shows that you are just a "normal" user - as so many others using that software.
But, operating a webshop means also, you have the obgligation to know more about the used system (e.g. the server, the environement, and so on ..).
If you are not able by yourself to fullfill this minimum requirements, you have to spend some money in hiring a professional.
Because at the end, you are "dealing" with customers - and sensitive data!
Either you know one you can trust, or post a request in the commercial section of this forum and select one who answers you.

We had this bruteforce attacker on several on our clients' websites, the attacker eventually gave up after 3 months!
This anti-attacker rule should be really be implemented on a firewall level, otherwise you'll still have an inflated server's raw access log size.
