Hi all,

Running OC 2.1.0.1.

We have several OC websites on our VPS, 3 of which running version 2.1.0.1

Our issues is, all of a sudden, with no technical changes, 1 of the websites will not let us login. It doesn't error if we provide a correct login (it does error if we provide an incorrect login), so on clicking the login button, it simply nulls the login fields. This has started to happen on both Admin Dashboard and also as a Returning Customer login pages.

We have spoken to the host who deny any responsibility, and also all the other websites are fine. We have even copied over the htaccess file from one of the other working websites, but still no go.

Anyone any suggestions?

What PHP version are the sites running on? Have you checked the PHP error log as well as the OpenCart one?

PHP Version - PHP 7.1 (ea-php71)

....the host (GoDaddy / TSOHost) always always throw any issues right back our way, saying bespoke cart, not our problem.

ISSUE RESOLVED.

A quick update for anyone else with this issue.

We have now fixed it via the Configure PHP INI basic settings in CPanel.

We simply increased all the limits / timings.
