Issue With PayPal Commerce Platform

Hi Guys,

We have an issue with PayPal Commerce Platform not displaying the Smart Buttons at all. We are using Opencart 3.0.3.2 with Journal 3.1.4 and the PayPal Commerce Module is 1.15. Initially I thought it might be a Journal problem, but the problem also occurs in Default template also. My understanding (as told by the PayPal Rep) was that when the customer selected PayPal as the payment method, when they go to confirm order they will have all of their available payment options i.e. PayPal, PayPal Credit or Card Details all neatly displayed for them to choose their payment method. However I am not seeing payment buttons at all and the CONFIRM ORDER button has been completely removed.

Has anybody got any ideas?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
