OC version. Contact the extension developer to resolve this issue. Alternatively, you could also create a new service request in the Commercial Support section of the forum to solve this issue as a custom job.

Sorry 3.0.3.6

Also main issue has been solved by developer now. I am getting shipping estimates.

However, is there a way to get it so that a user can input shipping estimate address postal code with or without a space? It doesn't work with a space - A1N3A1 (works) vs A1N 3A1 (doesn't work)

While you may be looking to use a spaced character with the postal code, Canada Post's API may not accept it that way though. The only way would be to ask the customer to enter the postal code separately but, then, the postal code would have to be re-put in one piece from the backend prior to submit the request electronically to Canada Post. Which means, in the end, you'd probably end up in the same conclusion instead at the beginning. Therefore, it would be best to contact the extension developer for more information on this or contact Canada Post's support lines to know if this could be achieved.

It is now solved. A user here wrote code that converts the users input to all caps and no spaces and integrated it as a modification.
