Google Shopping/Merchant Center extension issues

Hi there,
I'm having issues with the stock Google Shopping/Merchant Center feature. I've assigned a few of my products to a campaign but for some reason every product on my store is getting submitted to Google Merchant through the FEED. Because some of my products currently are forbidden (PPE) Merchant Center is blocking every product.
Is there something simple I'm doing wrong that is causing Google Shopping to keep submitting all the items?
I'm on Opencart 3.0.3.2 running PHP 7.2.

EDIT: Tried adding a product manually to Merchant Center and it listed ok, so I reckon if I can solve this then I should be good to go
