Store Home Delivery Option

Hello Everyone.
I wanted my store to offer free home delivery to customers within 2 miles of the shop. The store would have its own vehicle, take orders, and then have a member of staff do the deliveries after 5pm. Minimum order value would apply.
So the daft question is, how would I set this up within the store. Would it be added to the other list of posting along with Royal Mail etc.
