(403 Forbidden Access to this resource on the server is denied!) File manager issue

Hi everyone,

about 2 weeks ago I purchased the "File Manager Professional" extension.
The file manager works, I can upload the photos, but when I try to save the changes inside the module in "extensions - modules - file manager professional" it returns the page ...... (403 Forbidden Access to this resource on the server is denied!).

The developer does not respond to the request for assistance, does not respond to e-mails or even assistance tickets so I don't know how to solve it.

Anyone have any idea what could be causing the error? ...... Image attached below

No. Because isn't free to download and check.
Post on Commercial section or wait developer to respond.
