Hello,
I use the opencart Import Export tool module and the option tab value is imported but then I import the Excel file and after inserting the option value manually this is not saved and the old data imported from Excel is also removed.

Well, the Extension Builder could probably be of assistance on this, 
just tell him in detail what OC Version and possibly other Extensions you use.
