I cannot send messages to support, it gives me the captcha maximum attempts reached

I bought an extension for opencart with my card, first the bank declined it to protect the purchase and I spoke to the bank and I approved the purchase. then I proceeded to buy the extension again and it was successfully approved and put that message on the extension.

I already paid the extension and they already deducted it from my credit card and I take the extension for my client, please
