Not sure how to describe the issue, but basically when I create my own product id ........ i.e. 352704204519 and i try to import my products i get the error:
2021-01-02 0:01:23 - Export/Import: Missing product_ids in worksheet 'Products'!
2021-01-02 0:01:23 - Export/Import: Missing product_ids in worksheet 'ProductOptions'!
2021-01-02 0:01:23 - Export/Import: Missing product_ids in worksheet 'ProductOptionValue
i assure you... all of these worksheet's have product id's
If i use an auto number macro and start from 1 to say 1000 if im uploading 1000 products it works fine.
I am using my own unique product id's so i do not overwrite existing product....
Why am i not able to use the product Id of my choosing for each product..... I do sort in ascending order but i still get the error that they are missing...
Any help will be greatly appreciated.
