I installed the module of Recaptcha V3 from the store

There is indeed a sign that Recaptcha is enabled on the bottom right
But when testing manually
Recaptcha detection spam or bot keeps appearing and cannot be submitted successfully
Cookies have been cleared, but still no effect
Do I need to do anything else? Thanks!

The usage of captchas is comparable to a constant arms race between spambot and captchas. Modern Spambots have become intelligent enough to bypass many standard captchas. But yes, in this case it makes sense to contact the author.

One obvious thing to do is to check the OpenCart OCmod log file for any errors. Also check OpenCart's error.log.
