Warning: You do not have permission to modify extensions! > SEO Pack PRO

Hello
Now I am encountering a huge problem after installing the Opencart SEO Pack PRO, which is that I lost the permissions to modify user groups , modifications and extensions .

I don't know what happened, I was able to edit them before without problems, but when I tried to install the simplegooglesitemap extension , I got the following message:
Warning: You do not have permission to modify extensions!


So ,I tried to rebuild modification cache and I got the following message
Warning: You do not have permission to modify modifications!
And I did not make any modification to the site except install the Opencart SEO Pack PRO cloud.ocm extension .

My store on linode.com so I have no FTP or file-manager but I just have SSH Access .



If any body can help me to resolve it or figure out what I should do .
