Proper steps to move custom themes from Opencart 2.0.2 to 3.0.3.2

Hi, in order to upgrade my current 2.0.2 opencart to 3.0.3.2, I installed a fresh copy of Opencart 3.0.3.2 on my system. After succesfully installing the fresh opencart what folders do i start with to get the same functionality/theme i had in my 2.0.2 custom theme.

Congratulation, while 3.0.3.2. is also not the best choice, at least better than 2.0.2 ..
About the folders, I do not know your custom theme and which files you have changed.

But you are at the beginning of a long, long journey - because OC 2.x used .tpl (php) as templates, OC 3.x use TWIG (.twig) as engine.
Therefore you have to learn first the TWIG-Syntax: https://twig.symfony.com/
Which means, a lot of handmade work is waiting for you.
If you are really happy with that decision to move to OC 3.x?
We will see it in a few weeks ..
