We have Plesk VPS
Have 2 domains hosted.
1. Primary domain: Has no file hosted
2. Another domain: Host an eCommerce website. Opencart Version 3.0.3.2 (recently upgrade from 3.0.2.0)

Whenever we make any changes on opencart backend, all domain got down for a few minutes !!

This topic has now been moved to the OpenCart 3.0 Support > Installation, Upgrade, & Config Support section of the forum.

The most generated errors being found on Opencart forum originates from contributed programming. The increased post counters are caused by redundancies of the same solutions that were already provided prior.

Plesk server
how much cpu, how much ram how much disk space and how much free ?
php.ini how is it configured.
php.ini placed in oc folder how is it configured.
is in folder admin a file php.ini present?

When you domains go down after editing somthing and saving in admin it shows that your server is busy so it cant serve any other request comming in.
it might be that you consumed all available ram or all cpu power.
a bad configured sql can also get server to get inresponsive (busy)

so without more information its hard to pinpoint whre things go wrong
