Additional context
Add any other context about the problem here.

Looking into https://github.com/opencart/opencart/bl ... nstall.txt and http://docs.opencart.com/en-gb/administration/security/ there is conflicting information how to set permissions and the information is not complete.
Let me add that I was also looking into the https://github.com/opencart/opencart/re ... .0.3.3.zip - install.txt
It was noted there to do this (from install.txt)
----------------
3. For Linux/Unix make sure the following folders and files are writable.
chmod 0755 or 0777 system/storage/cache/
chmod 0755 or 0777 system/storage/download/
chmod 0755 or 0777 system/storage/logs/
chmod 0755 or 0777 system/storage/modification/
chmod 0755 or 0777 system/storage/session/
chmod 0755 or 0777 system/storage/upload/
chmod 0755 or 0777 system/storage/vendor/
chmod 0755 or 0777 image/
chmod 0755 or 0777 image/cache/
chmod 0755 or 0777 image/catalog/
chmod 0755 or 0777 config.php
chmod 0755 or 0777 admin/config.php

If 0755 does not work try 0777.
----------------
For now I have disabled selinux after I get some proper information how to apply permissions then I will enable it again and set it properly.

Steps to apply permissions.
1.
groupadd webadmin
usermod -a -G webadmin nginx
chown -R root:webadmin /var/www/html/opencart/
chown -R root:webadmin /var/www/html/storage/
2.
chmod -R 0755 /var/www/html/opencart/
chmod -R 0755 /var/www/html/storage/
3.
chmod -R 0777 /var/www/html/storage/cache/
chmod -R 0777 /var/www/html/storage/download/
chmod -R 0777 /var/www/html/storage/logs/
chmod -R 0777 /var/www/html/storage/modification/
chmod -R 0777 /var/www/html/storage/session/
chmod -R 0777 /var/www/html/storage/upload/
chmod -R 0777 /var/www/html/storage/vendor/
chmod -R 0777 /var/www/html/opencart/image/
chmod -R 0777 /var/www/html/opencart/image/cache/
chmod -R 0777 /var/www/html/opencart/config.php
chmod -R 0777 /var/www/html/opencart/admin/config.php

Let me know what I am doing wrong. I want to be able to manage my admin console without any errors. Thank you for reading.

As per your error logs states:
Warning: mkdir(): Permission denied
Your CHMOD permissions are not properly configured. If you require assistance to install Opencart professionally, please create a new service request in the Commercial Support section of the forum, or contact a reliable Opencart partner from the Resources link at the top of the site or send me a PM directly to get this done as a custom job.

You may also want to be kept up-to-date with the installation instructions by using the pre-release of OC v3.0.3.4 with 99% of bug-fixes solutions: viewtopic.php?f=2&t=218204 .
