My logo image appears too blurry, pixelated on mobile device, what should I do? [Version 3.0.3.6]

First may I again take a bow and say what an OUTSTANDING piece of work.
I love what it is doing and I would very much like to look at that verses my simple trick of sharpening before uploading - I suspect your way blows that out of the water ..

Yes I mean only images with the class obviously.
I like simple solutions and I try to put things in context.

In this instance it is an annoying issue for a shop owner - not one that has monetary value (where I definitely see a huge advantage for an artist / photograpther), nor one that would be noticed by even the smallest percentage of customers - yet - I accept that it is a of somewhat annoyance for him (or her) - and without a site or an image it is difficult to understand why. I guessed (because I do come across this sometimes) the logo is round, square or tall and thin - on that basis I do come across a similar issue.
