Hi,

I would like to use OC 3.0.3.6 (PHP 7.3, MySQL 8 )

Question can InnoDB can be use without any problem?

What I have done :
I already modified the SQL file to use charset and InnoDB
And set charset in PHP ini file.

I have cleanup the SQL file by removing demo data and cleanup auto-increment

Is there anything else I should do in order to use InnoDB

I know to speed up the DB I can add index and I can disable product count.

Thanks

Opencart Turbo - InnoDB DB Engine Changer
I use this fine tool for a long time already, it does it's Job
well, and it functions most likely independent of the OC Version used.
Just add it into the Shop/ ROOT Directory, disable the .htaccess
temporarely, by renaming it to _.htaccess , to avoid, that it
eventually blocks Access, and execute the File, by calling it with your Browser,
like http(s):// yourshopsite . com / shop / turbo.php
It also indexes the Database, just to have it mentioned too ... :D

Use the one enclosed below, it's the latest Version I know of, and it has some
function turbo_flush_buffers() routine built-in, not yet existing in
the first release. But note, I've not tested it yet in PHP v.7.4x Environments,
but you will find aut, it either works, or then not ...
Good Luck!

Hi
I used this, working for opencart 3.0.3.7 with Journal 3.1.8, faster loading speed but performance score unchanged. Thank you!!!
