Hosting provider in Europe

My website are so slow to load that google page speed fail and gt metrix performance is 25 %, and alot say to me that i need to change hosting provider to Europe , After 5 days now i have give up on WHUK they was make migration 3 times from the old hosting provider in USA , but one of the time WHUK install it the website was so fast , but some image was missing on the page and some of the text did not stay correct that it was setup for in the limit of description. all time was more and more issue into the website, there was no way to get into the admin site , even with the forgot paword it did not send any emails back.

At the moment my site is back to my old hosting provider in USA, but is there anyone who knows a good hosting provider in Europe

My advice is to stay away from anyone that is connected to GoDaddy, which unfortunately is becoming harder and harder.

I would suggest 2 options if you can afford, ofcourse....

OVH - i own a Prestashop with 40.000 clicks/visits/clients a month....i own 4 servers and i pay around 400€/month

Novatrend - Switzerland at its finest....a bunker 99.99% guarantee uptime. Not even GOD will get close to it

But, Spain for example? Forget it, resellers and garbage.



Anyway, i would suggest you check the site (error logs) first and then change the hosting. I do believe your biggest FAIL are website errors

I think its a bit expensive for the offer, but as i said, i own a prestashop for my main business and i use OVH for it. I use hetzner for blog.

Google IN CASE someone doesnt know, check ips and servers....so in my case its like a German ip server company making publicity of my spanish OVH company.

I know one who also use OC and have hosting at Hetzner thru a danish company
But when i talk with Hetzner last week they say they dont have a cpanel in there offers?

True, they dont have a cPanel

They have a costum made panel....its a mess really, but....you can work with it when you figure it out....i just plain hate it.

As i told you, i have it because of google and publicity

I was in trust pilot, to see what people around in europe say about some of the best hosting providers
and i was looking special at the WHUK. That looks so great of what other say and the start on trust pilot was good
But like i start to write , it dont work out with the imigration of the website.

that is total okay , just want website works. i dont want a very cheap hosting.

Here in Denmark it is normal that for a website for busniess cost from 150 usd each month , that incl payment gateaway and some fee. But most of them dont have 24/7 support if small issue need to be fixet
A programmer /desinger company in Denmark cost normally around 145 Usd each hour. some danish webshops that can be modificated from the opencart or other brands they have a total cost for 18.000 to 26000 usd that is a normal price in Denmark.
Things like this is too much for me for my little half time bussines webshop. I just want a stabil hosting

In my admin error logs are nothing staying.
But maybe on some how you are right, i have some modules , very good module but they dont come from same delovper
and someone told me that i should becarefull with that becauce each delovper have each way to make modules. And some of them have made conflicts
and i also see that my js and css also need to be fixet, But i dont know who can help me with that

What do you mean by it don’t work out?
It is not a difficult thing to do to transfer sites to new hosts - it is one of the main things they do - so what exactly was the issue ?

Many years ago Vidahost was one of the best hosting providers - they then became Tsohost and ok, but when they were purchased by Go Daddy they went to one of the worst providers - so impressed with Krystal, I moved everything mid-contract and took a significant loss. I do not regret that decision.

You asked a question - I answered it, without bias. Krystal which UK based hosting and support is probably one of the best providers at the moment.

Regarding transfer of websites
From Cpanel to non-Cpanel & non-Cpanel to Cpanel can be a little more complicated no matter who you go to from - Cpanel to Cpanel is simplier
Krystal will handle all of that for you - (I don’t remember and it might have changed but some are free / or a certain number are free - but non-cpanel to them is at a fee) - as far as I understand they are prepared to do the whole thing for you - and also have a self migrating tool.

Regarding 24/7 support
I believe Krystal offer an add-on service for 24/7 “immediate” support
I do not believe it is required for 99% of sites if the support actually answer within 3mins and assist between 6am and 12pm (or whatever hours they work)

You should be careful who you listen to - or how you understand what is said (I appreciate English is not your mother tongue)
There is absolutely NO REASON WHATSOEVER not to mix developers -
Yes, even with the best developers there may be conflicts - a conflict is not a result of poor development (necessarily, but yes it can be) - which seems to be what people seem to understand - it can be - but in many cases it is simply two people editing the same code -

and someone will respond

I write what was wrong . nothing was working image was missing many places, admin acces on admin page was denied
warning on main page, critical errors, mysql fatal errers on admin page , everything was wrong, ssl certificate was not correct , even WHUK show , i neded to chnage system 32 hosts ip in the notepad file on my computer.

So no matter what WHUK could not do it it was cpanel to cpanel imigration ,

But a good news is I just have a new hosting call TMD hosting i have the enterprise cloud plans 6 cpu , 6 gb ddr4 ram i pay 19.95 USD incl all each month
And belive me when i say all works total great now , server is also located in Amsterdam , and now it is fast loading pages on whole website
TMD was imigrat the website for me . And all works great.
