opencart fresh install with previous version db

I have opencart 1.5.0 and now want to migrate to opencart 3
i want to install fresh opencart 3 but need my old database how should i proceed.

You can't use the old OC 1.5.x database for your new OC 3.0.x.

It's easier to do a fresh install, and then use the Export/Import tool to port your old OC data (product,categories,options,attributes,customers) over to your new OC, see our FAQ (Can I move products from an older to a newer OpenCart server?) on how to do that.

I have downloaded opencart-3-x-export-import-multilingual-3-22.ocmod.zip
it will import complete data from old database to new database including seo paths
and settings?

i want to do it myself

any help in migrating db from one version to another

i can copy paste sql commands
