[SOLVED} Blank screen on modification cache refresh

Evening all,
I'm setting up a new server to learn to administer my live opencart installation.
CentOS 7 fresh install
PHP 7.3.33
All folders and files below www root set to owner “apache”
OC 3.0.3.8 downloaded from the download section on the oc website and fresh install.
Config.php files writeable 755
Storage folder moved out of html
http://test.ukfob.co.uk/
(ipv6 only)

Installed on a personal server at home for testing, so have full control to change anything.

Installation went without a problem and everything seems to function correctly until I try and rebuild the modification cache.
At this point I immediately get a blank page. I can log back in and everything seems fine again until I try to refresh the cache again.

I’ve tried a complete reinstallation and new db and does exactly the same.

I will be installing Journal later which is why I wanted to test the cache function on a fresh installation before putting Journal anywhere near it.

I’m not getting any errors in the logs

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

It does seem to be on the front end but it's just the issue with refreshing the modifications cache.
If I'm to install journal later, I wanted to make sure the OC part is 100% before going any further.
This is just me testing so don't mind sharing the admin page.

Well, better remove that login ASAP, before someone add's some bad Code .....
And after you added Journal, please be aware, that free Support does no longer exist in this forum.
It's known, that later Versions OC sometimes produce errors after refreshing Modifications, you also have to clean out all other Cache as well, to eventually get it to work as planned.

I've just managed to figure it out.
I didn't have php-mbstring installed
Installed it and the modifications cache now functions and refreshes as expected.
