Hi all good day!
Using O.C 3.0.3.3 with php7.4 and using 6-7 extensions/modules.
Works fine, no major issues. Some php warnings on error log but everything seems to be working fine.
Considered upgrading to 3.0.3.8 but decided to stick with 3.0.3.3 just read about too many issue with upgrades.
What I wanted to know if it would worth doing a partial upgrade. I mean sticking with version 3.0.3.3 but upgrading for example: (not expert so really just some wild guesses)
- twig
--saas compiler
- summernote text editor
etc
etc
How complex would it be and would it make sense from a performance standpoint but more importantly from a security standpoint?
All your ideas and input would be greatly appreciate it!

Do the full upgrade. Keep your entire site as up to date as you can. 6-7 extensions is not a huge amount. You should set up a dev server, test the upgrade, and I'm if any of the extensions don't work have someone on say Upwork upgrade it for you.
I felt like I was in this position during the 2.x days. Upgraded and then a few weeks later 2.3.0.2 or something came out. I opted to upgrade the entire thing.

Good luck!
