PHP v5.x releases deprecation

Hello everyone,
This topic is to address, and to remind, all forum users regarding the deprecation of PHP v5.x releases. Nowadays, OpenCart supports PHP v7.x releases starting at PHP v7.1 and above and, still on this day, below PHP v7.4 releases. We do, however, encourage users to remain between PHP v7.3.1 and PHP v7.3.9 releases on their webservers.
