Sorry I didn't mean to come across as such an ass. What I was trying to say was after I use the upgrade script, how do I upgrade to the next versions, like 1.5.3 ect.

Or is this not possible yet? Are they only available for clean install?

If you're tech-savvy enough, with any upgrade script I would recommend running it on a test copy of your site before doing it live. Download a copy of your site and use WAMP or MAMP to install a local version and see how the upgrade process goes.
