Well, I just had an order come in last night. I did not receive an order confirmation email but when I looked at my authorize.net details, it was there.
So I went looking in the admin and I can see it skips over the order # that is missing. So manually enter the link to view this order and it is there in the database. However, it shows cancelled as the status. However, there is a payment on authorize.net for the order?
All other order seem fine so I'm not sure what is happening.
Any thoughts on what could possible cause this?
Did you ever solve this? I am seeing the same thing on my cart. - I can't see orders in the cart anywhere, but they are in the database. I have sent through test orders and I am not getting the standard confirmations via email either.
