Sort order wrong for shipping options on Shopping cart page

For whatever reason, the Sort order is wrong for shipping options on the Shopping cart page . It lists fine, however, during the checkout process.

UPS 3 Day Select
UPS Ground
UPS 2nd Day Air
UPS Next Day Air

I would like it to show as such:

UPS Ground
UPS 3 Day Select
UPS 2nd Day Air
UPS Next Day Air

Any ideas?
