Hi All,

Since using Opencart around 7 months, Google have been indexing my product reviews and telling me they're no good because they look rubbish and not friendly.

Here's an example https://www.woodenart.org.uk/index.php? ... =72&page=4

How is this happening and how can I stop the indexing ?

I'm running Opencart 2 and have an All in One Seo extension which I used to handle redirect from my old cart.

Thanks

Hello imdeviper18,

Yes, they are good reviews but Google is telling me that the pages are not mobile friendly, too many errors to list :o

The reviews, as I understand, were not meant to be seen and indexed by Google.

I have added a mod in last few days which displays/mirrors the actual reviews on my product page and these look okay, but the actual reviews from default Opencart theme are indexed, and shown as poor quality pages/links.

Anybody ?

Thanks,

Is your website responsive?

How did you come to know that Google thought the reviews are bad?

Hello ASG,

Yes, my site is responsive and there is no issues there as far as I can see, Google tool tells me it's 100% okay for mobile etc. The reviews indexed by Google are in my Google webmasters and they are listed as missing title tags etc and fail the mobile friendly test.

It is strange, since I am using Journal too, but having no such issues in Webmasters tools. You may want to contact developer for SEO pack you are using to fix this.

Hi,
Is there a plugin that allows Google to index the customer ratings just like in my screenshot?
Its very important coz people who are googeling for a product will click first on that product link that shows 4 or 5 stars.
Thanks

Edit: OK, guys. I found these plug-ins:

https://www.opencart.com/index.php?rout ... ng&page=11
