Product name and description changes & API bug

Hi everyone,

I am having some issues with my newest OpenCart version 2.1.0.2

When I am creating a new product, something goes wrong all the time. For example I fill all the data such as product name, code, description, then I add one picture and save it.

Name changes to "simply dummy" or "typesetting". Description changes to lorem ipsum... then it add's like 5-6 empty images and sometimes set's some sort of special price to 30 euros. I have to edit each listing after I add them.

Or the last one I tried to add: when I pressed "save" button It gave me mysql error "duplicate" and when I checked product list it was created twice with different random names.

Also another issue is that I cannot do anything in "Orders" I am getting: Warning: Your IP 78.62.x.x is not allowed to access this API!

Well I did put my IP into User / User Groups / API and so on, still not working.

Any ideas?
