i cant add products GETTING ERROR

website was working fine until yesterday when i tried to add product i got this error... gen_TDKT.php is missing which i cant find anywhere
here is the error...

Or how is your post to read?

Either you do not know what you have installed (1)
Or you have another admin who is doing things you do now know (2)
Or your server got hacked [ NOT OpenCart which is nearly impossible! ] (3)

In any case, you should know what this file system/config/ssb_library/admin/generators/gen_TDKT.php is doing.
Which is called from this file: system/config/ssb_library/ssb_autogen.php

It seems like you are using an extension or have some modifications that work when you add a product in opencart admin and this extension has some dependencies like a library which helps to work that extension to do some task for the product.

So, If you have a backup of your setup which worked perfectly before then you search this keyword "gen_TDKT" or "ssb_autogen" there. Maybe it will help you.

This forum is about Opencart. However, since there are extensions using licenses as opposed to the free ones, buyers needs to be aware that extension developers are their first point of contact as the contact link being available directly from each of the Marketplace pages. Should additional services be required to assist buyers with paid extensions since the extension developer cannot assist the buyers, then can always create a new service request in the Commercial Support section of the forum if they don't have a reliable developer to complete their requests. It is the reason why this forum section exists so that OP users / buyers can use additional services and the ones we don't support with the core.

If this place would be a 'Kindergarten', none or lease would be available for forum users to use those services we already provide.

Couldn't agree more on this one. We do travel through difficult times right now since the past several weeks, internationally, as we do need to remain positive on the forum.
