Is there any way to edit these through files in FTP? I can't seem to find them in the language section.

The reason as to why I want to edit them directly is because they don't show up under catalog>information in admin.

What happens when you go to Catalog | Information ? Do you get a button to Insert at the top right of the page? If so, then click insert and create your pages

they do show up in catalog/information anyways you can't edit them using ftp because they are not stored in files they are stored in database
HTML/data of these pages are stored in information_description table in database, so you can edit them using phpmyadmin or whatever.

I can insert pages, but none of the ones I insert shows up on the bottom menu: x - as you can see, it's just the default pages showing, which I can't edit nor do they show up in admin.

I know that they're supposed to show, and shows for most people with OpenCart, ChetanCx. But they do not show for me. I tried removing most modules/extensions that I could track to see if it would help. Surely there's something that has been altered, which I hoped someone could spot what might be.
As you can see below, I can insert new pages, but they won't show. About Us, Delivery, etc, are all on display on the front page, but not editable.

Yes, I can tick that box without it changing anything. Check for yourself here: x - User: Padmin PW: Padmin

I can PM you the Top Admin details. But publicly I just gave you a limited user. I'll remove all the modifications then, as they're all vqmods anyhow.
