1- Cache things : When we add a image to the directory sometimes we can not see the file. When we clear the browser cache than and refresh in the image section we can see the new image.
2- When you go checkout , enter the details and create a account than purschase something , go back to the site we cant add a new product. Something wrong that we can not understand. We think its cache problem as well.

1 - In the admin dashboard page, click on the upper-right icon. Clear both caches and also from the admin - > extensions - > modifications - > refresh button.
2 - It is rather a recurring ID field issue which was fixed previously. See if the followed solution fixes the issue with no extensions installed for the admin products: viewtopic.php?f=201&t=191692&p=690776&h ... hp#p690776
