My Opencart version is 3.0.2.0.
I set up a basic captcha in the admin panel.

Opencart has an option for unregistered customers also to add products in the cart and proceed the checkout.
Recently, I've noticed that when proceed the checkout as a guest, The Captcha shown after you fulfill the address, doesn't work.
It shows the message "Verification code does not match the image!" and blocks the proceeding of the checkout.

As for the Contact Form, the captcha works without a problem for guests.

Some help for solving this big problem?

well, what is there to solve, enter the wrong characters and that is the message you are supposed to get.

I have tested this on fresh 3020 version and can confirm that this does not work, also tested on fresh 3031 which works fine.
Can also confirm this works fine on contact us page just not when using guest checkout on version 3020.
I cant seem to find any differences in code anywhere so unsure as to why its not working on version 3020??

I installed ReCaptcha V2 instead. Works fine! V3 doesn't
