Greetings,
I've installed the basic captcha to my OpenCart site. Unfortunately, it blocks registration even when solved correctly. Please see the attachment for an example.
However, the same captcha gives the all clear with the "contact us" form.
This problem isn't a huge one, since we mostly want it on the "contact us" forum to block spam and abuse. While registration is less likely to be abused.
Though, I think there is a bug here; it shouldn't block registration when a correct response text is entered.
My OC version is 3.0.3.3.
Regards,
R.T.G.
If you can reproduce this error in a clean installation of OpenCart, I suggest you to report it as an Issue in GitHub. I've been unable to get the same error under a clean installationReleaseTheGeese wrote: ↑Thu Jul 02, 2020 1:18 amGreetings,

The standard Opencart captcha is easily overcome by most spambots these days and therefore won't be effective in stopping spam messages on your Contact Us page. I recommend the Spambot Buster which uses an invisible honeypot trap and checks for certain mouse/touch/keyboard events to distinguish between a genuine human user and a spambot.
