OC 3.0.3.2 : Not able to edit orders and change order status in multi store

Hi,
I am using multistore setup on subdomin with OC 3.0.3.2 and journal3 theme. I am facing very serious issue with subdomain stores. it working perfectly fine on main store.

1- I am not able to change substore order status. When trying to change it getting a pop error "undefined error " and when clicking on ok button (popup) order moves to missing order.

2- Same problem in admin order edit for substore. until not changing store to default store.

Can you check the PHP error log? And also the web browser's console?
