Hello,
I have an error in creating my sitemap and I can't find the answer.
XML parsing error: tag does not match. Expected: </ image: loc>.
I have checked in catalog / controller / extension / feed / google_sitemap.php but everything seems normal to me do you have any advice? solution? idea?
a thousand thanks in advance

Hello,
I have the same problem, if I load the url generated by the OpenCart extension in the Google console, it signals me that it cannot read the sitemap. I opened the url in the browser and it reads it correctly reporting me this: "The specified XML file apparently does not have an associated style sheet. The document tree is shown below."
Ideas?

The message about the style sheet is not relevant as Google won't need a style sheet. Is Google looking in the right place? Are there any errors with your sitemap?AlfioDePiciucchi wrote: ↑Fri Mar 19, 2021 6:45 pmHello,

Looks like Google is having trouble even reading that file. Do you have any IP or other blocks that could be blocking Google from reading it? We had a host once that decided it was a good idea to block all of Google's IP addresses. It could also be some sort of firewall blocking it.
Have you tried /sitemap.xml with the redirect in htaccess?
