discount doesn't save

i have a product with a few discounts and everything goes ok but when i add a list of options and save then the discounts disappear and give me price 0
so i see 1 discount with price 0

tried to add the product again and it all goes well till i added the 94 options.

anyone can help... tried allready the post_max_size to 32M

Check max_input_vars in your php.ini as well.

added max_input_vars = 9000 in php.ini
