Using OC 3.0.3.7 we've come accross a strange thing:
After some days from completing a transaction, random orders will revert themselves from "Shipped" or "Completed" back to "Processing". With this, they will also notify the customer automatically, at which point the customer emails us asking why they've got a new processing order.
Is this happening with anyone else?
This of course needs more details. i.e. Are you using one or multiple payment methods? Is there anything similar between the orders that the status changes? What extensions do you have installed? Are you running any outside accounting, inventory, etc scripts that might also be touching order statuses?
