i am using opencart 3.0 and i am facing cache issue. i disable cache from admin and also set 0 in system/library/cache.php but when i add a product in my can and go on cart page it show nothing for see my casrt item i have to refresh that again.
please anyone help me please.
Did you have the same issue when the cache was enabled? Looks like the cache could not be written due to not having proper permissions

Where should we make permission ? İn folder or in admin panel ? Thanks.
Admin - > system - > users - > user groups - > edit administrators group - > uncheck all - > check all (both lists) - > save changes. This should resolved the problem.
