Removing address in register

My site doesn't need any of the address, region or telephone in the register fields.
I've removed them successfully, but I need help with adjusting the layout of the register page. Currently it looks like this: https://ibb.co/mS28vm
You can see there is a huge white space where the "Your Address" fields used to be. I want the "Your Password" to be right next to the "Your Personal Detail" not under it. So that way the whole register box is smaller and there is no white space left.
How can I do this? does opencart use the 12 grid layout?
