how do i keep prices inclusive of taxes

i am running opencart 3.0.2.0
For Example if i put a cost of the product as $100
Its $95.24
+ $4.76 tax
total amount = 100$
that price is inclusive of taxes. How do i get the option in admin panel while adding product an option with price inclusive of tax like this : http://prntscr.com/h0fdps

so the price i put is inclusive of tax

If allyour product prices already include taxes, you can disable the tax feature in your store settings (System > Settings > Store > Option).
