How to create own page of products?

I have page with categories, I need to create own page with list of products when I click over any category.

Can you explain me how to do that in admin panel?

If you want to edit the default product page, go to Design > Theme Editor, then one the menu that opens up, pick product > product.twig

I need to create own twig template and page? How to to that? May I write you on email?

Just make a copy of the default file where it's located (catalog/view/theme/default/template/product/product.twig) and you can edit it in admin like the default one. To link that particular file to the products, you need to edit the controller as well.
