You mean like the built in brand list or are you looking for more than that???
Running Opencart v3.0.3.2 with multi-stores from https://www.labeshops.com which has links to all my stores.
use something like this, I assume, because very similar Code is used in the corresponding controller
& language Files, with the exeption of the THEME Twig-coded Content, to make such work.
Just an idea..., or then, you'll have to get it made for you
