This happened after adding pictures to my categories
That is not really a caused problematic issue. This message originates from an installed extension. Simply removing this VQMod extension will resolve the issue.
The most generated errors being found on Opencart forum originates from contributed programming. The increased post counters are caused by redundancies of the same solutions that were already provided prior.
